We are looking for an experienced female support worker to work 1 to 1 with a client based in Colchester. Applicants will have at least two years experience in a care setting and a clear understanding of stroke rehabilitation.

Support Worker - Chelmsford 
We are looking for a support worker who is able to work on a 1 to 1 basis in the CM2 area. The candidate willneed experience in learning disability support and knowledge on how to implement person centred care. Personal care and access to the community is required. 
This role will require some sleep nights as part of the working pattern.
